Terms of use
Last updated: October 12, 2026. By using Viddiz you agree to these terms.
What Viddiz is
Viddiz is an early, experimental service that turns a photo into a short AI-generated video. The live service is currently a private test for invited testers, with daily limits. It may change, pause, or stop at any time.
Your photos
- Only upload photos you took yourself, or that you have permission to use.
- If a photo shows people, make sure they are happy for it to be turned into a video.
- You keep whatever rights you have in your photos and in the videos you make.
- Photos are processed as described in the Privacy page, including by our AI provider, fal.ai, whose own terms also apply to that processing.
Not allowed
- Sexual or intimate content of anyone, or any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way.
- Making someone appear to do or say something in order to deceive, harass, embarrass, or impersonate them.
- Content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Trying to get around the limits, the tester-code gate, or the safety checks, or overloading the service.
Requests may be refused by automated safety checks. Access can be withdrawn for misuse.
About the results
AI video is unpredictable. Results may change faces, details, or backgrounds, may not look like the original photo, and are not guaranteed to be suitable for any purpose. Each try creates a new video.
No warranty
Viddiz is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To that extent, Viddiz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost videos.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version.
